Do you take the pet waste with you?

Yes. After each visit, we remove the waste from your property and dispose of it properly so you don’t have to worry about it.

What if my dog is in the yard?

Most dogs are perfectly fine during service visits. However, if your dog is aggressive or uncomfortable around strangers, we may ask that they be kept inside while we clean the yard.

Do you clean your tools between homes?

Yes. We disinfect our tools and equipment between properties to help prevent the spread of bacteria and keep every yard safe and sanitary.

What happens if it rains?

Light rain typically does not stop service. In cases of severe weather, your visit may be rescheduled to the next available service day.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No. As long as we have access to the yard, you do not need to be home during the visit

What are your payment options?

We accept automatic weekly billing, Venmo, and Cash App. Payment is due on the day of service. Cancel anytime.

How do billing and payments work?

Services are billed automatically based on the plan you select. Weekly and twice-weekly services are billed on a recurring basis, while one-time cleanups are charged after scheduling.
